The trajectory is computed by minimum curvature from the deviation survey, then casing, liner and tubing strings, cement, completion equipment and perforations are drawn, with the barrier envelopes in the NORSOK D-010 colour convention. Vertical to multilateral.

Each monitored A, B or C annulus carries its governing limit with source, date and reference. Readings are assessed against the bands in your method profile, and sustained casing pressure is its own exception path.

Every well, overdue test and override is reviewed before the period is signed off and locked. A change to a locked period is a restatement with its own reason and approval, and overrides need a second person.
