Engineering Approach
FEEC provides ad-hoc topside process system reviews on demand from the operations team, with turnaround times aligned to the operator's campaign planning cycles. Each engagement is scoped as a focused technical memorandum supported by a focused process simulation case.
Recent work has included process model validation for proposed production rate increase scenarios, technical assessment of a seawater injection tie-in modification to support field pressure maintenance, and troubleshooting of three-phase separator performance under changing water-cut profiles.
A continuing focus is review of the gas lift system under current well conditions, with optimisation recommendations on lift gas rate distribution and downhole orifice sizing.
