MOPU Topsides — TEG Gas Dehydration Package
Project Overview
Conceptual engineering and cost estimation for a triethylene glycol gas dehydration package on MOPU topsides, sized for 45 MMscfd at 70 bara inlet and a -10°C pipeline water dewpoint specification.

Engineering Approach
A validated process simulation model determined glycol circulation rate, contactor diameter and number of equilibrium stages, and regenerator thermal duty and reboiler sizing — establishing the complete process basis for handover to the detailed design contractor.
Equipment datasheets covered the contactor vessel, regenerator with reflux condenser, glycol-glycol heat exchanger, glycol filter, flash drum, and circulation pumps — together with a hydraulic basis for the package pipework and instrumentation.
